Nice and fairly clean apartment with gorgeous location in a very quiet area. Setting close to the center or beach and a convenience store and centre and restaurants. Private bathroom with a walk-in shower and towels.

Has comfy bed, slept well. A bathtub bath, a shower and bath sheets. It is short walk to a convenience store and the jungle so the location is gorgeous. Helpful and superfriendly staff with good travel recommendations.

Mind-blowing start to our trip! Super-friendly staff, helpful in every way, from bike rentals to recommendations. Jaw-dropping pool to relax by in the mornings. Delicious breakfast and coffee. GREAT vibes!

It was absolutely perfect in the suburbs of the city. Had a walk-in shower. The staff were all helpful.

The apartment was clean and the beds were spacious, with a friendly welcome from the host, and the room had amenities such as a private safe, air conditioning, and a mini bar.

The breakfast at Chill Kanil was amazing! Each morning, we were treated to a delicious, authentic Mexican meal cooked by their friendly chefs. The cozy dining area allowed us to chat with other guests or enjoy a private meal. We also appreciated the personal attention from the hosts, who went out of their way to make our stay nice. The location of the hotel, although slightly further out, provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The grounds were beautiful and well-decorated, creating a nothing noisy. we had a fantastic stay at Chill Kanil and would highly recommend it!

From the moment I arrived, the communication with the staff was fantastic. I even requested a fruit basket and water bottles, and they happily provided them. The hotel itself was a hidden gem, surpassing my expectations. The warm community of fellow travelers created a family-like atmosphere. The daily breakfast was a delight, with delicious coffee, fresh fruit, and a hot plate of food. The kitchen staff, especially Marko and Joana, were incredibly sweet and made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for me - peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to tourist spots. The eco-friendly environment was unique and gave me the escape and relaxation I was seeking. my stay exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to come back.

our second stay in tulum was even better thanks to chill kanil. the helpful tips from laura and miguel made our days enjoyable, and the comfortable and well-equipped apartment felt like home. the pool was a perfect post-beach retreat. a gem in paradise.

The check-in process was a breeze with clear instructions provided beforehand. The cozy room had a lovely decor and the hotel had a great vibe overall, with a small pool in the patio. The location was perfect - in a quiet residential area but still within a short walk or bike ride to the hustle and bustle of downtown. The breakfast, although small in portions, was tasty and the staff even agreed to serve me an extra breakfast on the house.

I would have loved to have a hairdryer and an iron in the room for convenience. the hotel was a bit far from the beach and main street, but having a car made it easier to get around.

The setting of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with lush greenery and beautiful decor. the room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen. I particularly enjoyed the daily breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious dishes and great coffee.

That the hotel was a bit far from some places, but it was easily remedied by taking a short bike ride or taxi. some of the rooms were connected to each other, resulting in some noise disturbances from neighboring guests.
